Spine & Carpal tunnel syndrome

What Is Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) occurs when the median nerve—responsible for sensation and muscle control in the palm—is compressed at the wrist. This leads to tingling, numbness, and hand fatigue. Common causes include hypothyroidism, diabetes, obesity, and hormonal changes. Severe cases may require surgical release to relieve pressure and restore function.
